WAYNE “DAKOTA” BUCHOLZ

Born and raised in rural North Dakota, my father worked for several dealerships as an Auto Body Technician. I naturally followed being involved with cars. Older hot rods and snowmobiles held a particular interest for me. Racing was a natural extension, first snowmobiles and later at my local dirt track. I excelled both as a driver and as an official.

Moving to Boston held several opportunities for me in Seekonk, Massachusetts, and Thompson, Connecticut, where I was a test driver for several teams in the Late Model and Modified Divisions. Moving from Boston to Colorado has now brought me full circle to running my own Stock car team back on the dirt.
